TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a Unisexy Fitness product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Unisexy Fitness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Unisexy Fitness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Unisexy Fitness shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

RETURN POLICY

It, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 60-days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs – no questions asked.  We will replace any defective video, at no cost to you, for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. No replacements will be made for videos or DVDs unless they were purchased directly from us.

• Defective DVDs will be replaced with the SAME title only.   
• Shipping charges are not refundable.   
• We do not pay for postage on returns.   
• Customers are responsible for the shipping charges if order is refused.   

MISCELLANEOUS

If a court finds a portion of this Agreement unenforceable, the rest of this Agreement will continue to apply. This is the entire Agreement between you and us relating to the Website and this Agreement replaces all prior written or oral agreements that may have existed between us. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone without our written permission. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce the same provision in the future. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Agreement shall be governed by and be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Unisexy Fitness Web Site. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings contained in this Agreement are for informational purposes only, but are not, themselves, enforceable provisions of this Agreement.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unisexy Fitness, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
